National Grid asked the PSC for a one-year 509.6 million dollar increase to upstate New York electric delivery revenue, about 25.5 percent. The Commission instead approved a three-year joint proposal covering 2025 through 2028 that cut the first-year electric increase by 67 percent, to 167.3 million dollars, rising to 297.4 million in year two and 243.4 million in year three, effective September 1, 2025.
