Baltimore Gas and Electric asked Maryland regulators to approve a 152.3 million dollar year three true-up under its pilot multi-year rate plan, combining electric and gas service. The Maryland Public Service Commission cut that to about 77.2 million dollars on December 22, 2025, finding BGE's cost forecasting and budget overruns did not justify the full request.
