Pacific Power asked Oregon regulators for an overall 8.6 percent rate increase, 10.8 percent for residential customers, split into an interim 2.8 percent step effective June 4, 2026 and the remainder proposed for April 2027. The company said a typical residential customer would end up paying about 3.12 dollars more per month by April 2027 than in April 2026, net of other changes. The company cited rising energy costs, wildfire liability settlements and grid investment.
