Idaho Power's annual power cost adjustment, combined with its fixed cost adjustment, raised bills by 3.15 percent, about 3.64 dollars a month for a typical residential customer using 900 kWh, effective June 1, 2026. The increase was driven by higher expected power costs from lower forecast hydropower generation due to low snowpack.
