Idaho Power filed its first base rate case in over a decade, asking for a 199.1 million dollar, 13.09 percent overall increase. If approved as filed, the average residential customer using 900 kWh a month would see a bill increase of about 21.66 dollars. Any resulting rate change would not take effect before 2026; the case remains under IPUC review.
