PNM's rate case settled for 105 million dollars in new annual revenue, down from the more than 23 dollars a month the utility had originally sought for a typical residential customer. The increase phased in with about 2.79 dollars added in mid 2025 and a further 6.23 dollars added April 1, 2026, for a combined roughly 9.79 dollar monthly increase. The settlement also included capped service fees and a 1.5 million dollar customer assistance fund contribution.
