Entergy Arkansas raised residential rates under its formula rate plan mechanism, which lets the utility adjust rates annually without a full base rate case under Arkansas law. The Arkansas Public Service Commission's order in Docket No. 16-036-FR, issued December 12, 2025, resulted in a 4.54 percent increase for residential customers, about 6.08 dollars a month for a typical 1,000 kWh customer, effective January 2026.
