Black Hills Energy asked Wyoming regulators to raise electric rates for northeastern Wyoming customers by about 32 percent, an average of 33 dollars a month for a typical residential customer, its first base rate increase in this roughly 2,600-customer territory since 2014, meant to recover about 60.5 million dollars in grid reliability and wildfire mitigation investment.
